To access the full features of the Okebey Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one (1) Okebey account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Okebey employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonuses, promotional credits, or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts will be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Okebey immediately at the contact details provided in Section 14 if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Okebey will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Okebey is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by Okebey for this purpose, which may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
Okebey accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱10 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Okebey does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Okebey reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by account tier as follows: Standard and Bronze accounts within 24 hours; Silver accounts within 12 hours; Gold accounts same day; Platinum accounts same day with priority processing; Diamond accounts within 2 hours; and Elite VIP accounts on a near-instant basis.

All transactions on the Okebey Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Okebey does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your responsibility.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Okebey reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. Any remaining balance will be returned to you upon request and successful identity verification.
Okebey offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements — this will be specified in the promotion terms.
Okebey actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements; and any other conduct that Okebey reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers in bad faith. The Okebey VIP Program operates under its own terms, which are published on the VIP page of the Platform. Participation in the VIP Program is subject to those terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Okebey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Program at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
Each game available on the Okebey Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. Okebey is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
All games on the Okebey Platform that rely on random outcomes use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is regularly audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated in favour of the Platform or any player. Published house edge figures reflect the actual mathematical structure of each game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, Okebey reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Okebey is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager amount. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the Platform.
Okebey is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, device failures, or other connectivity issues on the player's end. Where a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the Platform will attempt to complete the round based on the last confirmed game state. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Okebey Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Okebey. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Okebey, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Okebey's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Okebey account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Okebey makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Okebey does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
Okebey collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at okebey.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Okebey will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

Okebey will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
